Our Commitment

AVERICO Holdings LLC and its global family of entities are founded on the principles of Trust, Modernization, Unity, Calm, Authority, and Professionalism. This Code of Ethics establishes the standards of conduct expected of all who represent AVERICO.

Core Principles

Integrity

We conduct all business dealings with honesty, transparency, and fairness. We honor our commitments and communicate openly with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Excellence

We pursue the highest standards of professional competence and deliver measurable results. Our tagline -- "Delivering Excellence | Honoring Identity | Building Capacity" -- is a commitment, not a slogan.

Respect

We value diversity, promote inclusion, and treat all individuals with dignity regardless of nationality, ethnicity, gender, religion, or background. Operating across the United States, Liberia, and China, cultural sensitivity is foundational to our work.

Accountability

We take responsibility for our actions and decisions. We maintain accurate records, report honestly, and accept the consequences of our conduct.

Professional Standards

  • Conflicts of Interest: Disclose any situation where personal interests may conflict with AVERICO's interests. Obtain approval before engaging in outside business activities that may create a conflict.
  • Confidentiality: Protect proprietary information, client data, and trade secrets. Never disclose confidential information without proper authorization.
  • Fair Dealing: Compete fairly and ethically. Never engage in deceptive, manipulative, or fraudulent practices.
  • Anti-Discrimination: Maintain a workplace free from discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.

Government Contracting Standards

When performing government contracts or advisory work:

  • Maintain the highest standards of integrity in all procurement activities
  • Never seek to obtain competitor bid information improperly
  • Comply with all applicable procurement regulations
  • Accurately represent qualifications, experience, and capabilities

Environmental & Social Responsibility

  • Minimize environmental impact across all operations
  • Support sustainable development in the communities where we operate
  • Prioritize local capacity building, particularly in Liberia operations
  • Ensure infrastructure projects meet or exceed environmental standards

Reporting Violations

Violations should be reported through established channels (see Whistleblower Policy). AVERICO does not tolerate retaliation against good-faith reporters.

Acknowledgment

All AVERICO personnel are required to acknowledge receipt and understanding of this Code annually.
