Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites and services provided by AVERICO Holdings LLC and its affiliated entities, including AVERICO Liberia and AVERICO China (WFOE) (collectively, "AVERICO").
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our websites or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Services
AVERICO provides advisory, consulting, and implementation services across three pillars:
- Government Advisory & Contract Execution (averi.consulting)
- Private Sector Transformation (averi.global)
- Infrastructure, Healthcare & Mental Health Systems (averi.solutions)
Service engagements are governed by separate Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), or engagement letters.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, trademarks, and materials on our websites are the property of AVERICO Holdings LLC. The AVERICO name, AVERICO. logo, and triumvirate visual identity are trademarks of AVERICO Holdings LLC. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AVERICO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our websites or services.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. For engagements involving our Liberia or China entities, governing law provisions are specified in the applicable engagement agreement.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be submitted to good-faith mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware.
Changes to Terms
AVERICO reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via our websites.
